For agencies
The cooperation with agencies is important to us. As with all our other customers, we adapt to meet the agencies' needs. Therefore we have a constant focus on the things that agencies deem important.
Sparring
We see ourselves as competent sparring partners for agencies. We have, through many years, learnt what works and what doesn’t. We gladly use this valuable information in the dialogue with agencies so that we, together, can create results for the customers. This goes for when the agencies are to make creative setups for potential customers, when the campaign is up and running as well as when the campaign has finished. We are with you all the way, and willing to optimize before, while and after.
Unprecedented service
We know, that time is often short, when agencies are servicing their customers, regardless if it comes to offers, statistics or something completely different. This is why we, at Guava Media, try our very best not to be the link that slows down the process. We do everything we can to have a response time that is as short as possible.
Same contact with backup
At Guava Media, we made it so that each employee at the respective agency has a primary contact with us. This person, thereby gains the optimal insight in each customer, resulting in the best precautions for competent advising and sparring from offer to ending evaluation. We also link a "backup" with each agency employee, so the good service doesn’t disappear if the primary contact is unavailable for either reason.
Quality
Quality always comes first at Guava Media. We have strict policies with our partners that makes sure, that our agencies should never fear for their customers’ campaigns ending up on junk sites with pornography, violence or such. Generally, we are happy to sign quality-agreements with agencies that eliminate all doubt regarding what is acceptable and what’s not. Quality also reaches to our advising, and in general all points of contact, out from which we strive to create as good results as possible for the agency, so that its relation with the customer is strengthened additionally.
Creativity
We weigh creativity heavily. Not only because it’s fun to be creative, but because it creates results. We love challenging issues and believe that we are able to solve most of them through our creativity.
